Many #Photographer may not know how the #IIG #Distinction #Memento looks like.
So thought of sharing some information about it here who don’t know much about it.
It is made of 302 Grade Stainless Steel (a tough austenitic stainless steel grade with superior corrosion resistance to Type 301 and slightly higher carbon content than Type 304.)
These mementos come in different colors like Yellow, Blue, Green, Red, Purple etc and we try to send different colors for each level of distinction when we can. You may receive a variety of these colors depending on their availability.
These colors are powder coated. (Powder coating is a dry coating process used as a metal finish mostly on industrial equipment. Powder coating is applied as dry powder through an electrostatic process, then cured with heat. It is well known for providing high-quality finishes in terms of both functionality and overall look.)
Additionally, there is a laser cut design of a #Camera on the memento. The entire memento is made out of a single plate steel using laser cutting.
These mementos are personalized with your laser engraved name as well.
In fact, your name, the IIG #Logo and the IIG #Tagline (Excellence in Photography) are all laser engraved.
The entire #design (including manufacturing process) is completely customized for IIG and patented for IIG. So, these mementos will not be available with any other organization worldwide. IIG holds the “patent right” for the entire design like our IIG Medals (that is also our patented design with all the required copy right and registration).
Thus, it is an exclusive memento made with thought and aesthetic patented design! We hope that whoever receives it like the design as much as we do. |
